Vault by Vans, the brand’s premium line traditionally sold only through select boutiques, faced a unique challenge when the pandemic forced retail closures, leaving a surplus of inventory. In response, we made a strategic shift to offer Vault products on vans.com. Our team was tasked with creating a high-end, boutique-inspired digital experience that matched the expectations of the Vault consumer. The launch was a major success, with inventory selling out within hours and leading to the brand launching a full e-commerce destination for future premium collections.
